Evaluation should always be conducted with the intention of using the results. If there is no clear intention to use the findings, then an evaluation should not be undertaken.

When it comes to evaluation, reporting the findings is not the final stepit’s the bridge between data and impact. Just as people come in all shapes and sizes, so do evaluations and their audiences. If our reporting doesn’t meet stakeholders where they are, we risk missing opportunities for action, improvement, and growth.
