A Storyboard for SME Collaboration

Storyboards don’t just build courses. They build trust, they build rapport, and they build collaboration.

 

Too often, storyboards are built in silos — passed off to SMEs like a script to review, just as a behavior, "because that's the next step." But when we intentionally structure storyboards for collaboration, everything changes:
✅ SMEs feel seen and valued
✅ Feedback becomes focused and efficient
✅ And most importantly — learners receive better learning experiences.

Because no tool, software, or budget can replace the insights of someone who lives and breathes the content daily. The clarity and nuance that come from SME collaboration? That’s something money can’t buy — but your learners will be able to grow immensely from their guidance.
